Delivery Times

At ELENA THE LABEL, we apply the following average delivery times for our parcels:

Order Processing
1 – 3 working days.
Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within 1 working day.
Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer.

Delivery
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the average delivery time is 8 – 12 working days.

Ordering Process

Ordering at ELENA THE LABEL is simple and straightforward:

  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout”.

  4. Enter your address details accurately and completely on the information page.

  5. Click “Proceed to Shipping” to review your details.

Good to know: all orders at ELENA THE LABEL are shipped free of charge. There are no shipping or delivery fees.

  1. Click “Proceed to Payment” and select your preferred payment method.

  2. Confirm your order by clicking “Complete Order”. You will be automatically redirected to a secure payment environment.
