Please note: we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

Your return must meet the following conditions:

  • The order includes all original parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was delivered.

  • Normal use of the product is permitted; however, damage caused by careless or improper use is excluded.

  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process can begin.

  • If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, this must be reported immediately.

  • Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, you will receive an official confirmation of the return within this timeframe.

ELENA THE LABEL reserves the right to refuse returns if there is reasonable suspicion that the items have been used or damaged due to customer action.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below:

Send an email to: customerservice@elenathelabel.com

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)

  • First and last name

  • Address details

Once we have received your request, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.

⚠️ Important: Never return a parcel to the sender’s address. You will always receive the correct return address from us.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
