Delivery
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer and will be processed the next working day.

Delivery rates: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required. The applicable shipping rate will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Returns
Return period: If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Normal use is permitted, but damage caused by careless or improper use is excluded. Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
How to return: Email us at customerservice@elenathelabel.com with your order number, reason for return, your name and address details, and a photo if applicable. You will then receive the correct return address. Never send a return to the sender's address.
